Synopsis: A film crew follows affable firearm instructor Bill Cooper as he prepares to visit Ms. Morelli’s classroom and implement a new nationwide safety program. While running an active shooter response drill, the 7th graders and their teacher struggle to adapt to the newest member of their class, a Sig Sauer P-226 handgun.

This film was inspired by my family member, a school counselor, and her surreal stories of active shooter response drills. Through mockumentary realism, I wanted to explore the proposed idea of arming classrooms with guns and how it would truly impact the daily life of students and teachers involved. Even with the proper paperwork, training, and best intentions, no human or machine is infallible.
