Writer/Director Darrin Rose is an award-winning television writer and one of Canada’s most popular comedians. He is currently a writer on the CBS sitcom Happy Together starring Damon Wayans Jr. and played Bill on the hit CBC sitcom Mr. D for its entire eight year run. He has appeared twice on The Late Late Show on CBS, on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, and on Kevin Hart’s LOL Network. He has written on the sitcoms Mr. D and Spun Out (starring Dave Foley); developed shows for Sony, Disney, CBC and CTV; and won a Writer’s Guild of Canada award for Best Script (Animation). One Last Last Heist is his second short film.
