Synopsis: Daily life contains an infinite amount of moving parts that allow the day to go by. Full of curiosities and trivialities that, in our society, are taken for granted every day. The normal world tends to group these moving parts in order to comprehend how the machine is supposed to chug along. Society focuses on the bigger picture, but for Amir, he sees things in a unique perspective, where he finds that even the smallest details can be very important when learning and reaching a solution. Appreciating the curiosities and trivialities, but also learning from them from his unique perspective.

Filipino-Israeli Director, writer, actor, and cinematographer Renee Rogoff was born as Renee Veronica Rogoff in New York City, June 27, 1978, and began her career in acting at the age of 7. As an alumni of Lee Strasburg Institute of Acting and Upright Citizens’ Brigade, she is best known for her performances in Carma (2019), Stags (2011), Poetry Man (2010) and The Hunt for Eagle One: Crash Point (2006). She later graduated to writing and directing plays and improv sketches. Whether she is shooting documentary, commercial, or film, she captures the soul of whatever is in front of her lens.
Renee Rogoff uses image-making and a variety of mediums to create a haunting depth into people, places, and things. Her eerie, intrusive aesthetic illicit personal and engaging images that welcome you in and then linger later in your psyche. Genius (2018) is her directorial, producing, and cinematography debut.
