Synopsis: Iñaki (79) who lives on a protected tenancy, begins to receive uncomfortable visits at home. He discovers that his apartment is for sale in a real estate. And the law allows the owner to sell his apartment with him included in the operation. His delicate state of health attracts speculators, but he has no intention of leaving the flat.

Rubén Seca (1991) studies the Diploma in Film Directing at the Barcelona Cinema School (ECIB). He makes a large number of short films there, highlighting Solitud (2017), RAmén (2019), or Esculpiendo en la memoria (2018). The latter, gets more than 80 selections in Festivals and 15 awards: among them, winner of the prestigious Notodofilmfest. At present, he is preparing his first documentary feature film, “Los Cangrejos”.
