Synopsis: Rosalia, a bailarina in a Jackson Heights bailadero – clubs where Latino immigrants pay women, immigrants themselves, to dance with them – works to manage the emotional expectations of her clients.

Director's Bio
Samuel Harwood grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in 2015. He worked afterwards as a journalist, and was a research editor on former Congressman John Dingell’s memoir, The Dean. He received his MFA in Film from Columbia University in 2019. His writing has been published in the Los Angeles Times and L.A. Taco. He currently lives in L.A. where he works as an editorial consultant.
