Synopsis: Keeping The Chaos Together is a documentary that takes an intimate look into the lives of those who live with mental health struggles, such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and bipolar disorder. The film’s inspirational stories, as well as interviews with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, provide a deeper understanding about mental illness and show that with the proper care, treatment and resources, one can live a happy and successful life. The more mental health is talked about in an open and honest way, the closer we will become to putting an end to the stigma. Where there is hope, there is recovery.

Director's Statement

People who I cross paths with often inspire the documentaries I create. Sharing authentic, personal and intimate stories that others can relate to while finding the light is what I strive to do through my work. Mental health is so important to our well-being and I want the viewers of this documentary to gain a better understanding of mental illness, and for those who live with mental health issues, I want them to know that they are not alone. I am always grateful for the opportunity to listen to someone’s story and hopefully impart a meaningful impact on their life through film. Where there is hope, there is recovery.
