I didn’t like my film. Can I get a credit for a future film?

Great films GUARANTEED.
We value your viewing time which is why we believe in having a highly curated library of select films vs. other platforms that boast thousands of titles (with an unknown level of quality). We watch thousands of mediocre films… so you don’t have to.

If you’re not satisfied with the film you purchased, write to FILM FESTIVAL FLIX, CEO, Benjamin Oberman. Include:

  • Your name
  • E-mail address
  • Title of the film purchased
  • Why you didn’t like the film (This helps us better curate films for you)

We’ll issue you an instant credit toward your next film, no questions asked.
