Jordana Oberman Event Operations
Jordana Oberman is a Co-Founder and Producer for Apple Cart Productions, and offers a unique and comprehensive understanding of the short film genre in regards to screenwriting, storytelling and commercial appeal. For Apple Cart, she has produced and appeared in the feature film Ornaments, and is currently heading up script development on their properties, Wildwood Inn, Downbeat,and Will.
Also a writer, and an actor with more than 20 years of experience, she received her Master’s Degree in Performance Studies from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, and has worked professionally in both New York and Los Angeles in theatre, film and television projects ranging from classical Shakespeare to contemporary world premieres. Television and film credit highlights include appearances in, Grey’s Anatomy; Preening Swan, directed by Thomy Kessler (Nominated – BEST ACTRESS 2011, Vienna Fright Night FilmFestival); Felicia, Mushroom Hunt, and Up the Hill.
For the Los Angeles stage, credits include the World Premiere of South of Delancey; the Los Angeles Premiere of Dear Harvey; and Extraordinary Chambers – The Reading, South Coast Repertory. New York theatre credits include the World Premiere of Avalon – based on the book, The Mists of Avalon (NY’s Spotlight On Award- BEST ACTRESS); South of Delancey – workshop (originated the role of Helen), George Street Playhouse; Sorrento and Spanky, Vital Theatre Company; A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Producer’s Club; and Much Ado About Nothing, Stage Eleven.
A respected Meisner Acting Technique Teacher, Jordana also leads classes for the prestigious Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio in Hollywood.
