Director's Statement

We were unsure what we were going to get but just wanted to document people’s reaction to the shutdown as we knew it was a historic moment.

Director's Bio

Betty grew up in Orange County, CA and moved to Kansas to go to college. She has been doing video since she was a young girl. After graduating from University of Kansas with a Business degree, she decided to pursue her passion for video and is currently a full time freelance videographer and editor.

Sam was born in Rogersville, MO and moved to Kansas City to attend the University of Kansas and graduated with a Film and Media degree. Since then, he traveled the US doing event production and films. Currently he is a full time filmmaker.
