Synopsis: The elements air, fire, water, and earth exemplify aspects of nature, and represent facets of the human experiences of inspiration, creation, reflection, and grounding. These components can be a guide to our experiences of life, and are deeply connected to skiing and mountain biking.

Director's Statement
After almost 20 years of skiing in action sports films Elemental is my proudest work to date. I have long wanted to work on a solo project but it needed to have a higher purpose. Working with my wife as Creative consultant, she spelled out the way I could use the elements in nature to illustrate a message of connection, and the greater cycle that life and the Earth provides us.
Director's Bio
ELEMENTAL is Sage Cattabriga-Alosa’s first solo film, and first foray into directing and producing. It stems from years of conceptualizing the connection of the earth and the elements to the human experience of life, and sport. The movie came together as a side project as he works primary with the larger film company Teton Gravity Research.
