LA AGUJA NEGRA
Synopsis: Located in Galayos (SPAIN), you can find the “Pilar Norte of the Aguja Negra”, a magnificent and symbolic route which was artificially opened in 1972.
To free-solo climb it by using camming devices and friends is a challenge that no one had taken so far. The difficulty of the route, the commitment and degree of exposure probably make it the most demanding granite climbing route in Spain.
To embark on such a project is something that goes beyond any sports challenge.
