Director's Statement
My daughter, Celine Bassman, is a classically trained ballet dancer. I love dance films and have always wanted to make a film with her. It wasn’t until we were quarantined during the global pandemic, that we had enough time together to work on something. “Ordinary” is the result of that collaboration.
