Synopsis: In an idyllic place in the countryside, a blind girl named Rosa and her pet dog welcome another day with another flight of imagination where she can see the colors of a rainbow. As the day wears on, however, she returns to the reality of her actual condition, where her inebriated father regularly inflicts verbal and physical abuse. She finds solace in the benevolence of her neighbors and the company of Bantay, her pet dog.
When her father recalls that Rosa is the cause of his wife’s death, he goes into blind rage and beats her up until the village chief comes to her rescue. The film closes with Rosa’s dream turning into reality, i.e., although still blind, she can see light and colors returning to her world.

I made this small film as my love letter to lost innocence, for isn’t it sad and ironic that the children and the animals, who most deserve our love and protection, are the most deprived of that love and protection and are the easiest to victimize?
