Director's Statement
“In short, this is about a building shitting out its aged janitor. The goo is bile set loose by the ire and indifference of the faceless tenants, and the janitor has to come to terms with being rejected. New York is rife with eager disregard for who keeps the city running, and most prefer not to know who they take a shit on.”
– Nikolai Basarich, Director
“If a building is a body with the penthouse being the head, the basement is the bowels. What happens in the bowels is never something the head wants to see. Thus there is potential for horror in the bowels of a building.”
– Dane Benko, Writer
