1. Turn on your smart TV and select the Internet App to access the website directly.
2. Type in the link https://FilmFestivalFlix.com
3. Log in to your account with your Email and Password.
4. Select your Festival.
5. Watch and enjoy!

Some channels and films are available worldwide, while some films and channels on Film Festival Flix are geo-blocked to the United States, individual states, or specific regions only.
If you are outside the geo-blocked area, some of our films will not play. Please check the details of your desired film and channel for availability within your territory.
If you’ve purchased a film or channel pass and it will not play, please e-mail SUPPORT to have your purchase refunded.
To change your password, click on “My Profile” which is located in the upper left corner of the screen, beneath “Welcome back [Your Username]”
Click on “Account Details” in the menu options on the left side.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password of choice.
Click “Save Changes“
To change or cancel your subscription, click on “My Profile” which is located in the upper left corner of the screen, beneath “Welcome back [Your Username]”
Click on “Subscriptions” in the menu options on the left side.
Click on the Subscription you wish to change or cancel. Click the highlighted order number or “View” on the right.
Click Cancel. “Cancel” is located under the end date near the top of the form.
If you wish to change your subscription, but not cancel, click “Upgrade” or “Downgrade” which is located under the product description in the middle of the form.

Confirm that you are logged in to your account on Film Festival Flix.
If you are still prompted to purchase the film to which you’ve already purchased and/or subscribed, Click on the “Browse Channels” menu, which is located on the left side of the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Click on the Channel to which you’ve subscribed.
Click on the movie of your choice.
Click “Watch Film” on the main screen to begin streaming.
Be sure that you’ve chosen the correct menu item. A common mistake is to click to browse the Complete Library which is a VOD section where you can rent or purchase individual films.

NOTE: The Film Festival Flix Website is more stable on Chrome, and Safari. However it will work in all browsers.

- Press your space bar or pause the film.
Click “Ctrl F” (for PC) or “Command F” (for Mac) to make the video full screen.
Click your space bar or press play. You should now have access to your scroll bar.

Due to contractual agreements between Film Festivals and Distributors, select films are geo-restricted.
If you believe you are within the restricted area, there are a couple things you can do…
1. Click to Visit https://www.whatismybrowser.com/.
2. Scroll down to find Location.
3. If your location is stated as within the listed Geo-Restricted area on the film, please e-mail Customer.Service@FilmFestivalFlix.com
4. Be sure to include your Name, E-mail, Address, Order ID (if applicable), or Gift Certificate Code (if available). Please explain your issue.
5. If your location is stated outside of the allowed area, this is an ISP issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.
6. Please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

Every festival is unique. Based upon agreements with participating Filmmakers and Distributors, select films may be made available for streaming rental or download purchase on the various Streaming Festival Channels and Film Collection Pages.
For Virtual Festivals, the films will not be available for viewing outside of the Festival Period.
