Synopsis: My name is Kerri Weiss – my passion is photography, the ability to provide you with a moment in time, memories that moves your heart and soul.
My goal is to bring out that special, unique personality that defines you, your children, loved ones, animals and cherished relationships.
I love to ride horses – they make me happy.
I love to hike and view the world from the small details to the big picture.
I love to listen to music.
I love to cuddle with my dogs.
I love to see, to touch, to feel, to enjoy the beauty of the world around me.
I love to make people happy.
I start my day with coffee, prayer and reading God’s word – the Bible.
My husband, children, grandchildren and friends mean the world to me.
I love to learn – I still take riding lessons and go to continuing education workshops for photography.
There is so much more that I would like to share but for now – it is enough.
I believe that God has gifted me with an eye for photography and I have taken that gift and spent hundreds if not thousands of hours in classes, reading, practicing and workshops so that I can stay current and bring you the best.
I am a Certified Professional photographer.
I have earned my Masters of Photography through Professional Photographers of America.
I have earned my Photographic Craftsman Degree.
I have won numerous Awards in the PPA International Print Competitions and they are in several Loan Collection Books.
I am a member of PPA – PPANI – APPI – ASP (Prof. Photog of America, Prof. Photogs of N. Ill., Assoc of Prof. Photogs of Ill, American Society of Photographers)
I have been married to my wonderful husband Charles for 36 years. We have 3 Children, 7 grandchildren, 3 dogs and a horse.
My faith, my family, my animals and my friends keep me centered and thankful.
