Synopsis: Machu Picchu, the ancient Inca city built nearly 8,000 feet above sea-level atop Peru’s Andes mountains, is comprised of sprawling terraces, narrow trails and over 100 flights of stairs. This won’t stop Álvaro Silberstein’s dream of exploring it once again; this time, however, as a wheelchair user.
