Synopsis: Due to the corona virus pandemic, a married middle class Indian couple is in a lockdown situation. The wife stands against domestic violence and becomes a DURGA – the goddess of war.
DURGA (Sanskrit: दुर्गा, IAST: Durgā) :: identified as Adi Parashakti, is a principal and popular form of the Hindu Goddess. She is a goddess of war, the warrior form of Parvati, whose mythology centers around combating evils and demonic forces that threaten peace, prosperity and Dharma the power of good over evil.

This is a 2 minutes experimental silent short film ‘DURGA’S LOCKDOWN’ about domestic abuse in lockdown.
Director's Bio
Film director Mitesh is a 48 years old farmer from India. He is also an actor, designer, poet, blogger and social worker. This is his first film, shoot on an 8 megapixel smartphone in lockdown.
