Just Believe
Synopsis: Ari, a confident, self-assured elementary school girl has been homeschooled by her father since she can remember. In that time, she has been taught to be herself, to be proud of being fun, flamboyant, and outgoing. However, Ari’s unique and positive personality is put to the test when she is informed that her father must start working in the office and she will have to go to public school. Ari suddenly questions everything she has believed in with the idea that she may have to change to “fit in”.

Director's Statement
I made this film when I was in elementary school getting ready to move into middle school, but I was already experiencing bullies! I’ve had bullies all my life and I believe that you shouldn’t care what a bully thinks. You should believe in yourself, in your style, your attitude, your likes and not in the perspective of how someone else thinks you should be. I hope Just Believe can speak to all those who have quirkiness and prove that they don’t have to change to fit in. Believe in your funky self!
