Director's Statement

The first time I heard about the name Rachel Hoffman was on the day the police discovered her body. I was a student at Florida State University in Tallahassee, where the murder took place , and the story was so shocking to me that it sounded more like a dramatic movie than real life. This documentary shows what happened to Rachel and leaves the audience with a feeling of hope because Rachel’s Death is not in vain.

Director's Bio

The daughter of a cinematographer, Cameron Campbell grew up on film sets in Orlando Florida during the 80s and 90s. She was on the board of directors for the Downtown Los Angeles Film Festival while working in luxury brand advertising in Hollywood, CA. Cameron is a first time film Director with Rachel’s Law. She is passionate about telling stories that shine light in the darker places of the world.
