    If this opportunity is of interest to you, please provide the following information so we (MouseTrap Films, LLC dba Film Festival Flix) can send a distribution agreement for review and signature by the person / company authorized to sign a distribution agreement for your film.

  • Provide the name of the film festival that selected you to be a part of their virtual festival on Film Festival Flix.
  • Provide the name of the Company that is the Licensor of record for your film. This may be you, a Production Company, a distributor, etc.
  • Provide the name of the person authorized to sign a distribution agreement on behalf of your film. This may be you, another Producer, a financier, a distributor, etc.
  • Provide the title of the person authorized to sign a distribution agreement on behalf of your film.
  • Provide the email of the person authorized to sign a distribution agreement on behalf of your film.
