1. I can’t open my downloaded film?

If you haven’t purchased a download before, please note that the first time you download a film from us, you’ll need to…
1. Download both of the following players to access the film.
a. Adobe Air Player (http://get.adobe.com/air/otherversions/)
b. EZ-DRM Air Player (www.ezdrm.com/downloads/EZDRM_AIR_Player_0.1.1.zip)
Both players are needed to access the DRM (Digital Rights Management) license that protects the film from piracy.
Be sure to click on both player downloads to install the players in your computer.

2. You should find your downloaded film file in your Downloads Folder, on your Desktop, or wherever you traditionally send
your files upon downloading.
Note: If you cannot find your file, you can return to the individual film page and click “Download to Own”.
Your file will automatically download again.

3. The first time you open your file to watch the film, you’ll be prompted to enter your DRM username and password.
Note: This is the username and password on your receipt and additionally sent to you in an e-mail.
This is not your Film Festival Flix website username and password.
If you’re note sure of your username and password, email info@FilmFestivalFlix.com
a. Your username and password for reference will look like…
i. Username: yourname_987654
ii. Password: 1234567890

4. For future purchases, you won’t have to deal with step one.
