Synopsis: To people don’t know, Hai, now at his 30s, might be a successful horse ranch owner. You can tell from his Bentley car and private chauffeur. But the truth is, he still fixates on his mother’s support. Knowing this, Hai seeks to prove himself.
One day, Feifei, Hai’s mistress, introduced a film director to Hai. And that sparked a glimmer for Hai. He sees in that phantom what he wants to be.
Now Hai is dreaming of making a film, but his chauffeur, also his best friend, Mingtao, knows what’s happening. Like Hai, Mingtao also lost his father at a young age. And secretly, Mingtao loves Hai deeply. Though due to social norms, he could only be his “bro”.
While Hai is busy making his film come true, his mother, wife and business partners all choose to leave him due to variable reasons. And what’s coming is just a ridiculous fraud.
All is lost, Hai is struggling in mixed feelings. Only Mingtao keeps him accompanied. On the way home, Hai finally sees what he wants…
