Director Biography – Ben Ferguson
It all started in an orphanage in Zambia, Africa, where I spent a year and a half doing volunteer work. A few months before I was due to leave, I decided to start taking photos, simply seeking a way to remember the kids and this unique time in my life. But when I picked up an old Canon camera, something came alive in me that I never knew had existed. A creativity, a compelling urge to capture the essence of the moment unfolding before me. I was taken over by this new found love for capturing life, especially the life of the people around me.
That small beginning in the middle of Africa started something for me that eventually, through much time and hard work, brought me to where I am today, the owner and director of a video production business on the Central Coast of California.
