Director's Statement
1 in 3 women across Canada will experience sexual assault in their lifetime. And 1 in 6 men across Canada will experience sexual assault in their lifetime. Those numbers and statistics, in our opinion, are far too great. And although there is nothing that we can directly do eradicate this tragedy, what we can do is bring light on to the situation to make the world know how difficult it is to overcome such a horror. Our goal is to make all genders feel as though they are not going through this alone and that there is hope in overcoming the pain.
