Synopsis: After a significant loss, 8 year old Aditi is left yearning for connection. When tasked with delivering groceries to her elderly neighbor, she quickly discovers the “ordinary, grump next door” is in fact a super spy … or so she thinks.
She enlists her brother, Raj, to carry out an elaborate plan to take Ian on one last mission, but when things don’t go as planned, the siblings learn more about their neighbor than they expected.

Director's Bio
Courtney Deelen is an award winning director, actor and producer who’s most recent short film, ‘“The Last of Ian Campbell” premiered at the Oscars and BAFTA qualifying 2020 LA Shorts International Film Festival. It took home three awards at LA’s Best Shorts Competition as well as the Best Drama Award at the Reele Film Festival.
Courtney is a proud member of both ACTRA and the CMPA, who’s on-screen credits include: Good Witch, Suits, Murdoch Mysteries, Becoming Burlesque, Reign and 12 Monkeys.
She had the pleasure of co-producing the CFC’s Actors Conservatory Showcase in 2018, completing 7 short films in less than 2 months. She is a faculty member of St. Clair College’s Music Theatre Performance program, a grant recipient of the OAC – Ontario Arts Council, and a finalist of both the Cayle Chernin Awards (2018 / 2021) and the 2019 TAWC short film creation lab.
Courtney is currently developing two feature films and a web-series through her production company DEELEN with TROUBLE, Inc. and her micro-documentary anthology series HERstory is set to launch early 2022.
